About

Product leader with experience in AI, advertising, consumer products and data.

I am a product leader, currently serving as Director of Product Management at Hypergro. Over 9 years, I have moved from decision science at Mu Sigma to ranking and monetization at ShareChat, then to AI, advertiser and marketplace products built from 0→1 at Hypergro.

How I Work

Technology changes. Product fundamentals don't.

Understand people. Find the problem. Build the simplest useful solution. Measure what changes. Scale what works.

I've done that with analytics, recommendation systems, advertising platforms, experimentation, GenAI and agents.

TODAY

Bringing The Experience Together

Mu Sigma taught me to understand. ShareChat taught me to scale. Hypergro taught me to build. The interesting products need all of it.

AI Is A Tool, Not The Job Title

I use AI to solve product problems, but the job is broader than the technology. Today I work with conversational AI, RAG, voice agents and creative automation. Earlier, I worked on recommendation systems, experiments and decision science. The job stays the same: understand the user, choose the right problem, build carefully and measure what changes.

From Customer Workflow To Production

A recurring part of my work is turning messy, human workflows into usable systems: qualifying interest with voice agents, designing registration and onboarding journeys, automating coordination through APIs and webhooks, and giving people a clear handoff when automation should stop. I stay involved from customer context and product requirements through conversation design, microcopy, prototyping, release, measurement and refinement.

Outside Work

I paint, play badminton, follow cricket with unreasonable emotional investment, and make time for startup communities and events. Art trains observation; sport trains rhythm and recovery. Both show up in how I work with teams.
